Democratic Design of Urban Food Systems

At the occasion of the United Nations World Food Summit, the event aims to bring together politicians, scientists and interested citizens to share experiences and discuss the design of sustainable food systems. The program consists of a series of presentations with subsequent opportunities of exchange. Different local and regional initiatives for local food systems will be presented with the aim identifying best practices, current challenges and future opportunities for urban farming and the bottom-up build-up of sustainable agriculture systems.
