FoodSHIFT 2030 webinar: City-region perspectives on providing food for the vulnerable in times of COVID-19

Description: How have cities in Europe responded to the food crisis and supported the most vulnerable during COVID-19? This will be the central question which the webinar organised by FoodSHIFT 2030 will address.Participants will have the chance to assess different responses of European cities to the crises and explore the opportunity for knowledge exchange between urban communities. This information would, ultimately, help local decision-makers and national governments, to ensure that the most vulnerable population groups have access to food. FoodSHIFT 2030 is an EU Horizon 2020 funded project, involving city regions across Europe working to innovate and build citizen-driven, low carbon and circular food systems.
