Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2022

Organized by Slow Food, the Region of Piedmont and the City of Turin, Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is an international gastronomy exhibition that takes places every two years in Turin, bringing together food producers and artisans from across the world. The aim of Terra Madre 2022 is to discuss solutions in a global dialogue to transform our current food system into a better one. The focus is on the ongoing climate and environmental crisis and its consequences, which are partly caused by our food system. Slow Food will address, among other things, the ongoing changes in various ecosystems, the protection of biodiversity, migration as a result of the degradation of natural resources, as well as issues of equality, inclusion and justice. At various food talks, experts from agriculture, processing and gastronomy, among others, will share their vision for a food system that is fit for the future.
