FoodE and Metabolic hackathons

Within the framework of FoodE, the project partner Metabolic Institute will organise two online student hackathons to solve crucial challenges in urban farming initiatives. Metabolic invites young students, based in the Netherlands, to join them in exploring tangible solutions in urban agriculture.
The first online hackathon will take place on 28 October and will focus on solutions to closing the local nutrient loop for the aquaponics system.
The second hackathon will take place on 11 November, when the hackathon teams will have to develop a user journey and a conceptual user interface design (conceptual UI/UX) for the current aquaponics software.
