The event aims to bring the positive power of our food into focus. During the Dutch Food Week, actors from across the food sector will share their enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise with interested citizens. Farmers and horticulturalists, entrepreneurs from the processing industry and retail businesses, politicians and scientists will show how they work on the production, distribution and development of food. Asking “What do we eat?”, participants are invited to discuss about the future of food systems and exchange their concepts of sustainable and healthy ways of eating.
